Will it look exactly like the photos?
AI can preserve the broad likeness but may change facial details, glasses, hands or expressions. Use clear front-facing adult portraits, one person per photo. We don’t promise an exact face match.
Can I write my own lyrics?
Yes. Edit the draft before ordering. Two short lines work well for a 10-second video. AI may change wording or pronunciation, so avoid complicated names and don’t rely on word-for-word accuracy.
How long does generation take?
Our separate-photo test took about four and a half minutes of model processing. Actual times vary. A delivery estimate will be shown before checkout when ordering opens.
What happens to my photos?
This studio preview stores your draft photos privately and does not send them to a model provider. Guest drafts and photos expire after 24 hours. Sign in to keep draft details for 30 days; photos still expire after 24 hours. Expired data is removed by scheduled cleanup. The final provider retention policy will be available before ordering opens.
What if generation fails?
Before paid orders open, we’ll publish the retry and refund terms, delivery window and support contact. Checkout stays closed until those arrangements are ready.
